Congratulations on your new pump!! I was interested when I was reading your blog. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on October 16, 2008 at the age of 31. It was one of the most horrifying days of my life. Happy to report that my doctor was supportive and I was put on the OneTouch Ping by April of the following year. It has been unbelieveable. Good luck with it. I am so excited to see where the Artifical Pancreas takes us in the future. Take care
